What travellers are saying

Tasting table set from above with handwritten notes, wine and cheese

The most authentic experience of our entire Paris trip. Thomas knew every producer by name and the cheese pairings were revelatory.

Sarah M. San Francisco, CA

We did the private tasting for our anniversary. The rooftop setting, the wines, the conversation, absolutely magical. Worth every centime.

James & Emma K. London, UK

Je suis parisienne et j'ai appris des choses sur mon propre quartier. Un guide passionné, des adresses introuvables.

The neighbourhood

Where real Paris still lives

Montmartre and South Pigalle (SoPi) are two of the last Parisian neighbourhoods where artisans, bakers, and vignerons still work the way their grandparents did. This is where we walk, taste, and linger.

  • Rue des Martyrs: the city's best food street
  • Cave Les Piqueurs: a hidden Montmartre wine bar
  • Quatrehomme des Martyrs: MOF-awarded fromagerie
  • La Meringaie: the neighbourhood's pâtissier
  • Le Pain Retrouvé: the unmarked bakery everyone still finds

About Thomas

A Parisian who believes food is the best conversation starter

I've been living in Pigalle for many years. Wine and cheese were part of my life long before I could name what I was tasting, arguing about Burgundy versus Bordeaux with my father over Sunday dinners.

After years animating wine tastings for friends and corporate events, and carrying wine trips across Europe and the world, I turned that obsession into something people could share. Every tour I lead is different, because every group is different.
